How to resolve issues
If we detect any issues with the bands structure we will flag a warning banner for you to review the issues and resolve them. For example, you might see a message like:
Clicking the link in the banner will take you straight to the place in Ravio where you can review the affected employees and fix the issue.
Types of issues
HR system: Some of your data is missing in Ravio - check your HRIS and make sure the data is populated, or alternatively check the data that has been submitted via manual upload.
Band attributes: The band group of brand location is missing for some employees - troubleshoot in-app.
Band ranges: Ranges are missing for specific band groups or levels - troubleshoot in-app.
*note the benchmarks have to be available in Ravio for the issue to be resolved. Check out the video below for a full walk through.
