How to integrate with Cezanne

A step by step guide detailing how to create an integration between Ravio and Cezanne

Prerequisites

Creating an integration with Cezanne requires reaching out to the Cezanne Support team and asking them to create an API key for a new API Application. There is currently no self service method for integrating with Cezanne.

You can do this by either following the links in the Ravio Onboarding flow, or by using the links below.

Step by Step Integration Guide

Log in to your Cezanne HR account. Go to the "Administration" section (wrench icon) in the left sidebar.

Click on "Security Settings" (gear icon) in the "Setup & Security" section.

Click on "Authorised Applications".

Scroll down until you see API, then turn it on then click on Advanced Configuration".

Click "Enable All users". Then copy the "Client ID" for later.

Click the blue "Regenerate" button to generate a new Client Secret and copy the new Client Secret for later.

Make sure to add a valid Service Account User.

Click on the "Application Scopes" tab and enable "API read access" and "API write access". Press "Save" to save the changes.

Enter the Client ID and Client Secret into the Ravio Connection Flow to set up your Cezanne HR integration .
