How to integrate with Factorial

A step by step guide showing how to set up an integration between Ravio and Factorial 

Prerequisites

Please ensure that you have the below capabilities in your Factorial account. The integration requires this in order to share the data required to get Ravio to correctly benchmark salaries.

  1. The right to set up integrations in factorial (e.g. Admin Rights)
  2. The ability to see everyones salaries in Factorial.

Step by Step Integration Instructions

Once you’ve entered the Ravio onboarding flow, and have reached the point where you are prompted to connect your HR software, follow the steps below to ensure your integration is set up correctly.

Step 1

Once you have logged into Ravio and started the onboarding process you will be prompted to Connect your HR system to Ravio. The first step here is opening this menu and selecting Factorial in the HRIS Integration list.

Step 2

When prompted to in the workflow, log into your Factorial Account. The integration will automatically pull across the required fields from your Factorial account (assuming you have full Admin access - see Prerequisites).
