Prerequisites
Your Greenhouse user permissions must have the below permissions assigned:
- Developer Permissions
- Manage all organization's API Credentials
To check this you can go to the settings cog on the top left, then go to Dev Center on the left hand menu.
Then you want to check you can access ‘API Credential Management’ section within the Dev Center.
If you can’t see this then you need to reach out to an organisational Admin.
Find your admin by going to the home screen in Greenhouse and clicking on ‘Email Your In-House Contacts” under the “Helpful Links” section
Step by Step Instructions
Go to settings by selecting the cog in the top left, then Dev Center.
Then navigate to: API Credential Management > Create new API Key
API Key Details
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Custom
- Description: Your Integration Name
Copy API Key! And enter into Ravio flow.
API Key Permissions
Ensure that the below permissions are enabled:
- Users
- Get: List Users
- Jobs
- Get: List Jobs
- Get: Retrieve Job
- Job Posts
- Get: List Job Posts
- Get: List Job Posts for Job
- Tags
- Get: List Candidate Tags
- Candidates
- Get: List Candidates
- Get: Retrieve Candidate
- Applications
- Get: Retrieve Application
- Job Stages
- Get: List Job Stages
- Offers
- Get: List Offers
