How to add a new user 

Invite users to join your Ravio account, with a range of role types available

 Invite new users

From the Users area of the Settings menu you can invite new users to join you in your Ravio account. Check out the video below for a full walk through.

  1. Choose “Invite User”
  2. Enter the email address of the new user
  3. If necessary, link the user to a specific employee at your company (to assign manager or employee permissions)
  4. Select the relevant role type
  5. Send the user an invite

 

Role types

The first user to set up your company’s Ravio account will have Admin access by default. When adding additional users to the account, they will need to select the relevant Ravio role for each new user.

Access for a user can be changed at any time, after they have been invited. Only Admin users can edit roles for other users.
