How to set-up Pay Equity
To access insights into gender and age pay gaps, you will need to share Gender and Age data
For customers sharing data via HRIS integration:
- Please ensure that Ravio has permissions to view Gender and/or Age fields in your HRIS integration settings.
- Let your Customer Success Manager know the names of the fields, so that our team can map that in to unlock the insights.
For customers sharing data via Manual upload:
- Please ensure that you include the Gender and Age data in your employee data upload, and submit here.
