How to integrate with Kenjo

A step by step guide showing how to set up an integration between Kenjo and Ravio

Prerequisites

Before getting started, please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all requirements for the integration to work:

  • Your company's Kenjo instance must be on the "Connect" plan.
  • Your account needs to belong to the "Admin" profile in your company's Kenjo instance.
    1. Log in to Kenji, and navigate to the bottom left side of the page, and locate the "cog" icon:

    2. Click on the "cog" icon, and locate the "Overview" tab on the top of the screen:

    3. If you cannot see the "Overview" tab, it means that your account does not belongs to the "Admin" profile.

      • Find out who is an "Admin" in your company's Kenjo instance, and ask them to promote you to the profile or take over the setup process.

  1. Log in to Kenjo, then, navigate to the API Keys settings page, which can be found here:

  2. Next, click on "GENERATE NEW API KEY":

  3. Next, enable the necessary "Custom Permissions" indicated in the connection flow, and then copy the API key as indicated:

     

  4. Enter the API key that you copied, and then press "Set up Integration":
