How to review employees in Ravio
Ravio automatically maps your internal data to our benchmarking framework, but you have full control to refine these matches. This guide explains how to use the Employee Review page to ensure every team member is mapped to the correct level, role, and location.
Ravio will create a mapping for you, showing:
1. How your levels/individual employees map to the Ravio framework
2. How your job titles map to the Ravio roles
You can then adjust the mapping at any time from within your account.
From the Employee Review page you can check employees to make sure they are matched to the correct level and location.
You can make changes and override individual employees here.
Tips & Tricks
You can add notes for other team members while using the review screen.
Add colleagues to the platform to get their input, or so that the relevant team member can make changes.
You can also make changes to an employee’s level or role from the Analyse your Company page
