Use this page to explore age and gender diversity data, and benchmark your own company to the market
From the Explore the Market: Pay equity page, view the gender or age pay gap, and % representation across different job families for all companies using Ravio.
Toggle ‘Benchmark My Company’ to give a direct comparison between your organisation and the market.
Filters
Use the Location and Market filters (left hand side) to drill down into the data, and compare your results to companies that are most similar to you.
Use the Family and Level toggles (top right) to view the results based on different identifiers.
Tips
- This screen can help you understand your strengths and weaknesses internally, so that you can see where to focus internal DEI efforts
- In order to visualise your data we’ll need to have age/gender information coming through as part of your integration. Speak to your customer success manager for further support here.
