How to integrate with Hailey
A step by step guide detailing how to set up an integration between Ravio and Hailey.
Prerequisites
Please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfil all the requirements to set up the integration.
In order to set up the integration with Hailey, you must be assigned to the "admin" role in the system. To validate that you are an admin, please read through the instructions below to see if you can access the "Access tokens" page.
If you can not follow these steps, you do not have sufficient permissions to set up this integration. Please ask a current Hailey admin to either assign the role to your account or to complete the setup themselves.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1 - Creating an Access token
Log into your company's Hailey HR instance and navigate to the top right corner of the page, and click on your profile picture:
Click on the "Access tokens" tab in the drop-down.
Give your access token a name of your choice, and click on "Generate”.
Click the the copy icon to copy your newly generated access token and make sure this is saved. You will not be able to see this token again once it’s copied.
Step 2 - Add Access Token to Ravio
Paste the value you copied into the connection flow, then click "Set up integration":
