How to update API permissions

  1. Go to the Cogwheel > Authentication, SSO, and API > API Keys.
  2. Select your Ravio API key and click the Permissions (pencil) icon.
  3. Check the boxes for the specific modules (e.g., "Poplee Core", "Figgo") and scopes required.

How to create a custom field

  1. Go to the Poplee Core (or "Employee Directory") module.
  2. Select Settings > Data File.
  3. Click Add a field, choose the data type, and give it a code (API name) and label.

How to bulk populate a field

  • Method: Import File.
  • In Poplee Core, go to Imports.
  • Upload a CSV where the first column is the Login or Email.
  • Match the column header to the "code" you created for the custom field.
