How to troubleshoot job titles 

If your job titles are wrong, please see the below guide

Integration 

If Ravio is displaying out of date job titles, please check that the job titles are correct in your HR system. Otherwise, there may be a different field we need to configure our system to read, if you have changed where job titles are stored in your HR system. If this is the case, the Ravio support team can help with this. Please use the 'Contact us' button above and let us know where this new field is, or where you store job titles, and we can adjust the integration's configuration. 

 

Manual upload

If you have manually uploaded your data, check the original file you submitted to ensure that the data was up to date. If you need to update the infomation, feel free to upload another spreadsheet and we will process this. You can use this guide to help with the manual upload.
