How do I update API permissions to include new fields?
- Go to Settings > Integrations > API credentials.
- Select the Ravio integration.
- Under the Readable employee attributes section, toggle the checkboxes for the data categories (e.g., Compensation) required, and for individual fields use the dropdown at the bottom of the page.
- Click Save.
How do I create and populate a new custom field?
To create a new custom field follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Settings > Employee Information.
- Select an existing section (e.g., Personal) or click Create Section.
- Click Add Attribute.
- Enter the Name, select the Attribute Type (e.g., Text, List, Date), and click Add.
