How to integrate with IRIS Cascade

A step by step guide detailing how to set up an integration between Ravio and IRIS Cascade

Prerequisites

The required credentials have to be created by the IRIS Cascade support. Please reach out to the IRIS Cascade support in order to receive the following credentials from them:

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

This can be done either by contacting them via the phone number listed here, or logging into the Customer Portal and raising a ticket.

Setup

Once you have received the prerequisites from your IRIS Cascade support, you can fill them into the connection flow:

Enter your Client ID and Client Secret:

Confirm by pressing Set up integration.
