How to integrate with Ledgy
A step by step guide detailing how to set up an integration between Ravio and Ledgy.
Introduction
This integration allows us to pull employee-level information for all of your employees in Ledgy. This includes grant details, number of shares, strike price etc.
This however does not include the company-level valuation information that we require to be able to calculate the values required for our benchmarks. Therefore there is a final step required to share this information manually.
Prerequisites
To integrate with Ledgy you need to be on the Ledgy Scale or Enterprise plan. To check this you also need to be the Account Owner for your Ledgy instance.
To check this in Ledgy you can go to Company Settings > General and your plan is under the Billing section.

If you are on the Enterprise plan, proceed to the instructions, if you are on the Scale plan please read the below!
What do I do if my company is on the Scale plan?
Ledgy normally only allows API access for companies on their Enterprise plan. However, if you are on the Scale plan through Ravio’s partnership with Ledgy we allow our mutual customers to access their API so they can utilise Ravio’s Ledgy integration.
If you are on the Scale plan, please let your CSM know and Ravio will request that API access is enabled for you! Once this is enabled proceed to the instructions below.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1 - Reveal your Ledgy API Key
In Ledgy, navigate to Company Settings > General.
In the Danger Zone section you can select Reveal next to the “Reveal API Key” option.

This will prompt you to enter your password to authenticate, then will reveal the API key.

Step 2 - Copy this into Ravio
In Ravio, go to Manage my data > Equity compensation and go to “Connect your equity data”.

In the modal that appears, go to Cap table software > Ledgy > Enterprise/Scale Plan and enter the API Key that was copied in the previous step.

How do I share Company Level information?
The template for sharing this data can be found in the Google sheet below. This also contains instructions on where this data can be found in Ledgy.
Please complete this template then share with your Customer Success Manager.
