How to integrate with Lever

Prerequisites

Before getting started, please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfil all requirements for the integration to work:

• Check whether you are a "Super Admin" of your Lever instance. Log into Lever and hover your mouse over the profile icon, "Super Admin" should appear under your name.
• "Admin" or other privileges are not sufficient to set up the integration. Your user account needs to be a "Super Admin".

• If you are not a "Super Admin" you will not be able to go through the flow and it will fail at the very end:

Step by Step Instructions

❓This integration works via OAuth. Therefore you simply have to sign in to Lever with yous Super Admin account.

Step 1 - Enable webhook configurations

Open the Webhook configuration page in Lever.

Please make sure the following webhook configurations are enabled:

• APPLICATION CREATED
• CANDIDATE DELETED
• CANDIDATE HIRED
• CANDIDATE STAGE CHANGE
• CANDIDATE ARCHIVE CHANGE

Step 2 - Connect Lever

Open the connection flow and click on the "Sign in with Lever" Button

If you are not already logged into your Lever administrator account, do so on the page that just appeared. Now you will see a list of scopes that should be granted (full list below). At the bottom, click on "Accept" and you should have then successfully connected your Lever account.
