How to troubleshoot employee levels

This guide explains how to access and adjust the mappings Ravio uses to set accurate benchmarks for your employees.

Overview

Ravio’s 'Levelling' tab allows you to manage how your internal job titles and levels align with the Ravio framework. Ensuring these mappings are accurate is essential for receiving the most relevant market data for your team.

Prerequisites

  • Permission level: Admin only

  • Data needed: Access to your internal role and level structures

  • Integration status: HRIS (Human Resources Information System) connected or data successfully uploaded


Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Navigate to 'Manage my data'

To access your mapping settings, you first need to head to the data management section of the platform.

  1. Locate the side bar on the left-hand side of Ravio.

  2. Click on Manage my data.

  3. Select Manage my data again from the resulting options.

Step 2: Access the levelling tab

Once you are in the data management section, select the Levelling tab. From here, you can adjust all the role and level mappings Ravio is currently using to set benchmarks.

Step 3: Refine your mappings
