How to integrate with Paycom

A step by step guide detailing how to integrate Ravio with Paycom

Prerequisites

The Paycom integration requires getting credentials directly from the Paycom team. This typically takes 2-3 working days so ensure that you have done this in advance of wanting to connect.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 - Get your API credentials from Paycom

Please reach out to Paycom support or to your Paycom success manager with the message draft below:

Dear Paycom Team,

For an integration with our Paycom instance, we'd like to ask you to provide us  with an SID and API Token that contain the following functions enabled:

- REST-GET EMPLOYEE IDS
- REST-GET EMPLOYEE IDS CHANGES
- REST-GET EMPLOYEE
- REST-GET EMPLOYEE CUSTOM FIELDS
- REST-GET COMPANY LOCATIONS
- REST-GET PAYROLLS
