Ravio's reward room community

The reward room is a free, private community specifically designed for compensation and reward professionals. This guide explains what the community offers, who it is for, and how you can join this exclusive peer network.

Overview

Compensation is one of the most high-pressure areas of any business, often accounting for 70% of operating costs. Despite this, reward professionals frequently work without a dedicated peer group. The Reward Room changes this by providing a curated space for reward leaders to access real-time insights, career connections, and expert support.

The community currently hosts over 200 members from leading companies – including Monzo, Microsoft, Delivery Hero, and Allianz – spanning from solo operators to C-suite executives.

Prerequisites

  • Role: You should work on compensation and reward as part of your remit.

  • Application: Membership is free, but all applications are reviewed to ensure the community remains relevant and high quality.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Identify if the community is for you

The Reward Room is designed for anyone navigating the complexities of pay and benefits. You should consider joining if you are:

  • A dedicated Total Rewards or compensation specialist.

  • An HR Business Partner or People lead managing pay decisions.

  • A senior generalist navigating complex compensation challenges.

  • Transitioning from tactical execution to strategic leadership.

Step 2: Explore what is inside

Once your application is approved, you gain access to several exclusive resources:

  1. Slack community: A private workspace with dedicated channels for EU Pay Transparency, financial services, benefits, and general peer discussion.

  2. Regular events: Access to ‘Reward Hours’ webinars, ‘Breakfast Clubs’, expert working groups, and in-person sessions.

  3. Exclusive Ravio insights: Be the first to see trends from Ravio’s real-time compensation database and bespoke data reports.

Step 3: Submit your application

To maintain the quality of the network, every member must apply through the official channels.

  1. Navigate to ravio.com/community.

  2. Complete the short application form detailing your current role and company.

  3. Wait for the team to review your details.

Tip: If you have specific questions before applying, you can reach out to Danika (danika@ravio.com) directly.
