Prerequisites
The UKG Pro integration requires getting credentials directly from the UKG team. This typically takes 2-3 days so ensure that you have done this in advance of wanting to connect.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1 - Get your tenant alias
Log into your UKG Pro environment and in the Search bar enter “Recruiting Gateway”.
Open up Ravio, and copy the URL of your recruiting dashboard and paste it into the Ravio connection flow.
Step 2 - Get the remaining credentials from UKG support
The rest of the credentials can only be created by UKG support. Please reach out to UKG support or to your success manager with the message draft below:
Dear UKG Team,
For an integration with our UKG Pro Recruiting instance, we'd like to ask you to provide us with a client id and client secret that contain the following scopes:
- recruiting.domain.opportunities.read
- recruiting.domain.applications.read
- recruiting.domain.candidates.read
- recruiting.domain.configuration.read
- recruiting.domain.offers.read
