How to integrate with Remote
A step by step guide showing how to set up an integration between Ravio and Remote.
Prerequisites
Your account has to have the "Super Admin" or the "Owner" role to set this integration up. To check this follow the below steps:
-
Log into your company's Remote instance, and click on the "Admins & Permissions" tab on the sidebar: If you cannot see the tab, it means your account does not have the appropriate role.
-
Locate your account in the "Company admins" table, you will find your role under the "ROLE" column:
-
If the "ROLE" is not "Super Admin" or "Owner", it means that you do not have admin access to your Remote instance.
❗ Find out who has the "Super Admin" or "Owner" role in your company's Remote instance, and ask them to assign you to the "Super Admin" role or take over the setup process.
