How to integrate with Sage HR

A step by step guide detailing how to set up an integration between Ravio and Sage HR.

Prerequisites

You must have the ‘Settings Administrator’ role in your company's Sage instance to be able to set up a new integration.

You can check whether you have this by logging into Sage and clicking your username in the top right corner. If the Settings does not appear similarly to the screenshot below you do not have the ‘Settings Administrator’ role.

Find out who has the ‘Settings Administrator’ role in your company's Sage HR instance, and ask them to grant your account the role or take over the setup process.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 - Finding your subdomain

Log into Sage HR and copy your subdomain in the URL bar in the form of https://yourdomain.sage.hr. Paste this into the Ravio connection flow.

Step 2 - Create and/or copy your API key in Ravio

Log into SageHR and click on the your username in the top right corner, then click on the "Settings" item:

Click on "Integrations" on the side menu and go to on "API" in the drop-down.

If API connections have not been set up yet click on ‘Enable API access’ under the ‘API’ section.

If API connections are already set up copy the API Key after ‘Your API key’ and copy that into the Ravio Onboarding flow and click ‘Set up integration’.
