Understanding your License Management
This guide explains how to check your current Ravio product subscriptions, view expiration dates, and manage your country access.
Ravio’s Licence management feature provides a centralised view of your purchased products, such as Benchmarking, Bands, and Pay Equity. Monitoring these details ensures your organisation maintains continuous access to critical compensation data and knows exactly when renewals are due.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to settings
To view your account details, open the main menu on the left side of your dashboard.

Click on Settings at the bottom of the menu bar.
Step 2: Access licence management
Once in the Settings menu, you will see several options for account configuration.

Select Licence management from the list.
Step 3: Review your licences and renewal dates
The Licence management page displays a table of your active products.

Licence Name: Shows the specific Ravio modules you have purchased (e.g., Benchmarking, Bands, Pay equity).

Active Status: Confirms if the licence is currently in use.

End date: This is your expiration or renewal date.
Step 4: Check country access
Below the licence table, you can see your Country access status. This indicates whether you have access to salary benchmarks for specific regions or a comprehensive global view.
