Updates to your employee data
This information applies to customers connected via an HRIS integration. Ravio is a real-time benchmarking platform, we use integrations with HRIS tools to collect and refresh salary data in real time.
How can I verify my employee data is up to date?
From the Analyse my Company screen you can see a timestamp showing the last time your data was checked for changes.
What will I see when my employee data updates in Ravio?
When Ravio checks your data for changes, we will highlight the following in the platform:

Upcoming Hires
-
New Joiners
-
Job Changes
-
Leavers.
We continue to display terminated employees for 2 weeks after their leaving date so that you can see which employees will be removed from your dataset by Ravio before it happens.
What else should I know?
If your data is not being updated, and you expect it to have changed, check the following:
1. Have your API details or HRIS Permissions changed?
2. Get in touch with the Ravio team to troubleshoot further at support@ravio.com
