What if my HR system is not supported by Ravio?
This guide explains how to manage your data sharing if your current Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is not yet supported by Ravio. By following these steps, you can ensure your compensation data remains up-to-date while helping us prioritise new integrations.
Overview
Ravio connects with many HR systems to automate data syncing, but we are constantly expanding our library. If your specific provider is not yet integrated, you can still access real-time benchmarks by using our alternative secure data transfer methods.
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Register your interest
Navigate to the Ravio Integrations page and search for your provider. If it does not appear, register your interest in that specific system by entering the details at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Contact your Customer Success Manager
Reach out to your dedicated Ravio Customer Success Manager (CSM) via email. Inform them of your current setup so they can advocate for your HRIS to be prioritised on the product roadmap.
Step 3: Choose a manual data sharing method
Select one of the following two options to keep your data current in the interim:
- Manual upload: Upload a CSV file directly into the Ravio platform on a regular basis.
- SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol): Set up an automated file transfer for a more hands-off approach.
Tip: We recommend using SFTP if your IT team can support it, as it reduces the need for manual monthly updates and keeps your benchmarks more accurate.
