What should I do if my company is changing HRIS?

This guide explains how to switch your HRIS while maintaining a real-time integration with Ravio.

If your company is moving to a new HRIS, you can migrate your Ravio integration without losing your real-time benchmarks.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Notify your Customer Success Manager

Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to inform them of the change. Provide them with a clear timeline of when you intend to connect the new system so they can coordinate the backend migration.

Step 2: Disconnect the old system

Once the timeline is confirmed, Ravio will delete your existing integration. This clears the path for the new connection while pausing the automated sync temporarily.

Step 3: Connect your new HRIS

Navigate to the Manage My Data > Integrations section in Ravio and select your new provider.

Step 4: Data migration and verification

After the new connection is established, Ravio runs an internal data migration to ensure that you do not lose any of the levelling & mapping information in your account, as well as any customisations you have added.

This process typically takes one to two days.

Step 5: Final confirmation

Your CSM will reach out to confirm once the migration is complete and your new integration is live.

You can then log in to verify that your dashboard reflects the data from your new HRIS.
