What to expect when you first join Ravio
When you join Ravio you’ll be introduced to your Customer Success Manager, who’ll outline what to expect over the first few months
Access to Data
- Once you’ve completed the onboarding steps our team will check the data you’ve submitted. If we’re receiving everything we need you’ll get access to explore our market data straight away. You can start exploring compensation benchmarks across a wide range of roles and levels for your chosen market(s).
- We’ll work on levelling your team into our framework, and once that’s completed everything will be uploaded to your account. You can then see how each person is benchmarked against the market.
First 3 Months
- Your Customer Success Manager will work with you to ensure you’re set up for success with Ravio, and that you’ve got everything you need for any upcoming internal projects.
- We’ll support you to implement Ravio across your organisation, and help you to unlock further insights across equity, variable pay, and diversity data.
Ongoing Support
- Access support via your dedicated Customer Success Manager, or via live chat.
- We’ll work with you to ensure Ravio is providing all the data and insights you need, and support you with using any of our features and products
