Prerequisites
You have a Super Admin account in your company's Workable instance or someone has shared their access with you.
To check this go to Settings > Company > Account Members and ensure the account you are using has Super Admin access.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1 - Find your Workable subdomain
This is in the URL of your Workable homepage. The example below is from the Ravio sandbox environment.
Step 2 - Create an API Access Token
In Workable go to Settings > Integrations > Apps.
Generate a new API Access Token, ensuring that you have given it a descriptive name and ensured it’s live for however long you would like it to be live for (we recommend 1 year).
Select the following scopes:

r_jobs
-
r_candidates
-
r_requisitions
Copy the generated access token. Note this is the only time this token will be visible, so ensure you’re copying it and saving it somewhere secure!
Step 3 - Add this information in Ravio
Now in Ravio add in the copied subdomain and API Access Token into the integration workflow.
