Overview of levelling at Ravio

After you join Ravio, our team will map your levels and job titles to our framework. You can then review and override individual employees.

Step 1 - Level mapping

The first step is for Ravio to map each of your employees to a Ravio level. We can do this by either:

  • Creating a level correlation from your existing framework to ours.
  • Levelling your employees from scratch (if you don’t have an existing framework).

Step 2 - Role mapping

Next we’ll map your job titles to the roles in our benchmarking library. There’s more information on that here.

Step 3 - Employee review

Once the level and role mapping is set up, you can check employees to make sure they are matched to the correct level and location. There’s more detail on how to do that here. You can also make changes to an employee’s mapping from the Analyse your Company page.
